Pre-School
Little Explorers was established in 2009. Initially we resided in the Langworthy Road Primary School Community Wing, Salford, but after the schools closure in 2010 we moved to the Langworthy Cornerstone in Salford.
Here we have the fortune to provide high quality childcare and education in a purpose built setting. Our provision is central to the community surrounded by key services such as Doctors Surgery, Slimming groups and the fantastic Cornerstone Cafe which provides the meals for our children’s lunches. Children have access to a fantastic outside area where they can investigate and learn whilst being supported by trained professionals.
We currently provide quality childcare for children aged 2 – 5 year old which has been judged as GOOD in all areas by Ofsted.
Funded Place: We offer many 2 year and 3 year funded places. Call in, ring us or email us to find out if you qualify.

Our extremely popular after school provision, based in Salford, started in January 2011 and has grown from strength to strength.
Collecting from Willow Tree Primary School, Holy Family RC Primary School and Lark Hill Primary School.
We offer places for children aged 4 to 11.

Little Explorers Nursery – based in Swinton is our latest venture. We are changing the face of childcare in, Salford, Greater Manchester by opening a revolutionary new nursery. Gone are the bright primary colours and cluttered spaces; in are the natural materials and creepy crawlies. Come to see us yourself as we are now fully open and ready for the sound of many pairs of little feet.
Our first ‘little explorers’ started their adventure on 21st November 2011 when our doors officially opened for the first time. Since then we have seen our numbers swell at breathtaking speed, we believe that this is due to offering something a little bit different to the other local nurseries.
